We are going to replace the current Michelin Agilis Camping 225 / 75 R16 CP 116 Q tyres, which were fitted to our Globecar Roadscout Elegance when we bought it.

We need All Season tyres with the 3PMSF mark anyway to comply with the requirement for winter tyres on our upcoming trip, but we also want tyres which will give a more comfortable and quieter ride than those Michelin Camping tyres — you feel every tiny bump in the road.

Looking at previous posts, lots of different tyres have been recommended (although it is sometimes difficult to know exactly which model is meant).

We are considering getting the Michelin Agilis CrossClimate (225/75 R16 118/116R) tyres. Anyone have any experience of these? Do they provide a smoother, quieter ride than the Michelin Agilis Camping tyres?

Thanks.

Replaced front tyres at 20000 miles as the grip was so poor combined with a harsh ride. Now done a further 10000 miles and the comparison is like chalk and cheese.

Don't hesitate just bite the bullet and replace them.

Thanks everyone. That's them ordered and will be fitted on Tuesday. I'm looking forward to trying them out.
