Where can I find When my subscription is due?.

I think you will get a reminder but your profile says joined in a November.
So depends if you joined and paid straight away or was a free member before paying the subsciption.

Thanks Tonka just finding difficult to sign in at the moment. Just want to know if I still have a direct debit set up for my membership .

Click on your avatar on the top bar. Under Account and subscriptions

You're signed in and posting so your subscription must still be current.
Unless you cancelled your direct debit it will still be in place
