MB&G insurance

As anyone used MB&G insurance for extended warranty and breakdown cover.
If so what did think of their service.

Had a couple of Claims dealt with on previous Van with no probs , have got them again on the Burstner so hopefully if needed will be of the same service.What I don't understand is why Dealerships won't do the work on any Van not purchased through there Sales Dept YET they all deal with MB&G.
