Maxxfan deluxe issue.

Hi all,

Has anyone else encountered this problem.? I have just installed my new maxxfan deluxe and all was good...... until I switched on my avtex TV with the remote. The avtex remote for the TV and the soundbar shut down the maxxfan. Even adjusting the TV volume using the soundbar remote switches it off. I am guessing they are using the same frequency but is there anything I can do about this?

Hi again,
I just tried the Cello tv remote from the bedroom and it is also switching the fan off.

Just contact Dan@leisurevehicleservices.com and he will resolve. I got sent a new remote.

If you can't get hold of a new circuit board or remote, try blocking the IR from reaching the fan - we have the same issue but when using the TV remote we just use it from underneath the lounge table, no issues with either fan or TV except for the odd occasion when we forget
