Maxview target satellite with Avtex tv

Getting fed up (after 5 years) of our satellite dish . Never can get a good array of channel and now seem now to be able to get any itv (even those in the 100 range ) have recently downloaded the satelitte update and refreshed the channel list . ATM getting a perfectly good bbc 1 and 2 and a few others. Does anyone else have this setup and can convince me it works perfectly well .

Btw it’s a big dish and I’m in Cornwall with a clear view south and the dish “locked on” immediately

Is it a free to air or FreeSat tuner in the TV?

May not be the issue but is your dish / TV HD compatible? Have some channels turned off SD version as they have in France?

It’s a free to air sat tuner and Maxview are now telling me it could be an avtex channel list issue - so I’m meant to update that (which I’ve done before I’m sure )
