Bought 2 mattresses for my Hymer through Amazon, found them to be not fit for purpose.
When Amazon got back to me, the shop had informed them, "Yes, we will collect them as long as they are in their original packaging.".
i.e. Rolled up, compressed, and in the box.
This is impossible when they are out of the box and tried on the bed.
Cannot praise Amazon enough, they have arranged for a courier to collect the mattresses. Free of charge.
