don’t own one yet
Hi does anyone know what Marquis charge to take on Mobilvetta for warranty work sold by an independent dealer
Thanks

Mum and dad brought a 2019 plate autotrail apache 700 from them and they refuse to fix what's broken when it broke and autotrail refused to fix the hole that the spare wheel put in the GRP

I don't have a good word to say about either and seeing mum and dad brought theirs from them I wouldn't hold your breath that they would fix in warranty as most places don't make alot of money from the work

I think the first question is will they take it on at all. I wasn't aware it was possible to buy one from anywhere else in the UK.

I purchased my Autosleeper from them. A couple of warranty issues were fixed eventually but I found them to be willing but stupid.

Still waiting for the replacement carpets………….

Been waiting 3 months for a simple drop down bed bracket for my Benimar.
Can't wait to get it fixed and get rid...hate it and them.

Never had any issues with Marquis (Ipswich and Tewkesbury branches) - always been helpful when dealing with ‘van problems, but I guess it’s down to the individual locations’ staff…….

I found Tewkesbury to be helpful, though not always high quality. I suspect you get what you oay for unfortunately. As an aside we bought our first MH from them and the salesman was superb, he gave us a lot of very good advice. To my surprise.

We've had good service from the Newbury branch - took some time (mostly waiting for spare parts to come from Whale), but they found and fixed a very strange issue with our water heater by sheer persistence.

cheers,

Robin
