I've never fancied trying hummus - name is merely mis-spelt humus in my brain. And I actually hate the taste of unsalted peanuts hence P.butter is revolting to me.There is quite a range of Marmite products now - including peanut butter and hummus (don't think I fancy the hummus though)
The Tesco one is a poor comparison to the real think, nice taste but is that runny have taken to spooning it onto me toast as it dribbles everywhere.Morrisons own Yeast Extract is nicer than modern Marmite so panic not. Do you remember the good old days when Marmite was thick and black, before they started adding things to make it more spreadable? It tasted nicer. The own brand Yeast Extracts taste like Marmite used to, not like the runny stuff with celery extract that Marmite now produces.
nice mug of Bovril on a cold day with a sprinkle of pepper = love in a mug.I used to have marmite on toast (cheese optional) as a child but now have bovril, it's nicer. Plus with 17 juicy cows squeezed into every pot it's less PC so that's good too
We have several jars of the ‘Dynamite’ so should be ok, purchased because it was a limited edition before the current supply line crisis. It was the same last year as well, luckily I'm well stocked including this

My stocks of marmite cheese are running low though
Doesn't sound a normal reaction , allergy perhaps.Really don't understand how anyone can like the stuff, the rest of my family do - weird.
I really don't see the pleasure in swollen lips & a sore tongue.
Definitely an allergic reaction - I get the same from eating celery. It was years before I found out that everyone else didn’t get a numb tongue when eating it!Really don't understand how anyone can like the stuff, the rest of my family do - weird.

What do you think of the Dynamite? Any thoughts on what type of chili flavour it tastes like?We have several jars of the ‘Dynamite’ so should be ok, purchased because it was a limited edition before the current supply line crisis.
Personally, I expected more from it, a bit too subtle really. It’s still nice to eat, but I find there is only mild suggestion of chilli presence. Not sure that really helps. What do you think of the Dynamite? Any thoughts on what type of chili flavour it tastes like?
Marmite now has celery in it’s contents. I prefer the Morrisons Yeast Extract, I call it Morrimite.Definitely an allergic reaction - I get the same from eating celery. It was years before I found out that everyone else didn’t get a numb tongue when eating it!
I've read similar reviews from some others... I was looking forward to more of a chili kick than it seems to provide.Personally, I expected more from it, a bit too subtle really. It’s still nice to eat, but I find there is only mild suggestion of chilli presence. Not sure that really helps.
Just think of how much you're saving on botox injections!Disgusting stuff, why would you want to eat something that gives you a sore tounge and fat lips and also tastes foul.
Der Marmit?Aldi have loads of it at the moment,,panic over. BUSBY
