Looks like one of O'Leary's Landsleeper conversions. I had a similar Transit based one in the late 80's.

Looks very simple, just ask any question you have on here.
With the age of it may be worth checking how the charger works probably one that just charges the batteries to 13.8v and sits there. Batteries don't last long with them could be worth the charger for a multist age one.
