Manky sealant

I've got a 7 year old MH, the sealant araound the roof opening ( windows, sog exhaust etc) is looking really manky , and I'm worried it may leak at some point in the future. How often should it be replaced and does anyone have a recommendation for a company who does this?

There is a difference between discolouration and degradation
If the latter, then yes it does need digging out and replacing
I‘m just doing ours (15yr Burstner) using Sikaflex
