Hi, We've got a mango toll tag for the motorhome, but are thinking of taking the car to France this year. Can we use the same toll tag?

Thanks but does that also automatically change the class of vehicle registered? or will I get charged for a motorhome when in a small car.

We moved our Fulli tag from motorhome to car earlier this year and changed the reg on our account. Tag registered as a car, all to do with height of vehicle I believe. Moved it back to mh and registered as class 2, no problems.

Has anyone had problems with payments. I have 2 invoices one for May (€3.40 ) and one for June (5.90) nothing out of my caxton account yet. I did email them a while ago (they take a week to reply ) and they said the May one was paid so i got caxton to send the €3.40 because i couldn't see it on my account and i didnt want a bill for late/non payment and it has come back to my account today.

I ordered two, but looking at it. As long as I remember to take it with me when I fly. I only need one
does it need the reg changing in the account? ours is more for convenience as i just leave one in the car and one in the motorhome as i never remember to take it otherwise. :) they dont charge anymore for 2.

I have 3

An emovis in the motorhome and two for our cars.

The emovis one does not have to have a registration attached to the account.

The two FULLI ones do. But its easy enough to change in the app or online

out of interest why don't you use the same company for all 3 vehicles?

We have quite a few vehicles including a Spanish registered car. Plus Motorhome, cars and vans.

The motorhome Emovis was due for renewal as the battery had expired. My daughter ordered me another one. It was only then I realised the cost of Emovis V Full, the Emovis is the more expensive.

So I decided to order FULLI as its free for the first year. When I saw I could get two, I thought it might be easier to keep one in the car in Spain.

Does that make sense?

PS: I also make sure all the vehicles have LEZ Stickers ready, So Crit'air, Umwelt and The Spanish car has both these plus their new sticker. I am a bit belt and braces.

I missed a €6 invoice due to it being two months after I used it in Spain, I have now paid it but they wanted €83 up front which I said no to so now they want me to pay €11 cancellation fee and send back the toll thing. They have stopped it working now as well.

But do they not just take it out of the nominated bank, They took a euro and then put it back in when I set it up. When I messaged them they said my account was up to date and the €3.40 had been paid, this was before I rang Caxton and they checked their bank details and sent €3.40 which came back into my account yesterday. I did see your post on a previous thread so didn't want the same happening to me. I will await a reply to my recent message as the second toll charge is due about now.

I opened a HSBC currency account but there was not enough in to pay the €6 as I thought that I had paid them all, they were late with one from Spain.
