Manchester caravan and motorhome show

Just back from the show at Mancehster Central, and it was VERY limited from a motorhoming perspective. Also, really needs to be accessed by public trasnport, as the parking nearny is limited and very expensive!! Luckily ticket didn't cost anything other than a service charge of a couple of quid.



However, did get a manoeuvring taster from motorhome club instructor which was brilliant. As a complete newbie, it was a real confidence boost

It’s easily accessible by the metro link tram. Plenty of park and ride stations no matter which direction you come from. We would park at Ladywell just off the M602. Loads of space, tram every few minutes and £3.50 return.

We went on Friday and was very disappointed with the show. Very few motorhomes on show. Not enough space at the venue. Bailey not represented at all! Dealers have little or no motorhomes to sell having sold most of the 2023 allocation already. Not sure what the NEC in February will look like - hopefully better displays with all manufacturers present

Yeah, we used the bus, but I think the parking put a lot of people off.
