Hi everyone there are so many funsters and RVOC attending Malvern this year I need to plan a little in advance this year and I need your help to do that

The choices are

Saturday afternoon from 3pm or Sunday afternoon from 2pm.

If you would like hotdogs I need to order the rolls in advance so I would be grateful if you could also let me know through the poll how many you may like or whether you wouldnt like any.

Hope you dont mind but I cant afford to fund it all myself this time so there will be an "honesty box" with suggested donation of £2 per person for the afternoon. This includes either pimms or soft drinks for those who dont like alcohol and a hot dog. You are welcome to donate whatever you feel is reasonable.

It will be held by our motorhome on the RVOC pitches (NOT ON FUN THIS YEAR)

All you need to bring is a chair (or just bring yourselves at sit on the ground). The drinking vessels and paper plates have already been purchased.

You are welcome to bring any nibbles you wish too.

The funster/rvoc band have been invited to play for us. As they do not get paid its only fair that their drinks and food will be free.

Thanks in advance to the funsters that are bringing fresh fruit from their own crop and to those who will entertain us.

and if the forecast is rain well Im sure we can work around it as there are so many rvs with large awnings as long as the wind isnt too strong we wont get wet.

Well done Gail-we did Pimms at Shrewsbury and got through 2 x 3gall bucketsfull:LOL:
I asked Carolyn if I should take my Uke,which I havn't practiced at all in last 6mths,and,had only learnt 4 chords on before we moved from S.Wales to Somerset.She said " you could take it and just have a quiet pluck in a corner" at least-that's what it sounded like.(y)

Absolutely bring the uke, bring whatever you like - we did 10 gallons or 80 pints of Pimms at Stratford and thats without the soft drinks - it seems popular xxxx

Excellent idea -looking forward to this - don't mind either afternoon but voted for Sunday (& 3 hotdogs) as will have looked at all the bits of the show that interest us by then :) If you need another willing pair of hands or two then let us know.

We are up for Sunday realy enjoyed last year with funster band it's a wonderful thing your doing getting funsters together a big thank you

I am veggie Gail so don't want to order anything at all but will bring you a bottle of wine. I don't drink so won't drink but will contribute in any other way if you can think of anything I can do to help. I don't care what day it is. Will you be in RVOC area or General?

Awww thanks Movan xxxx everyone is welcome to bring whatever they want.

There will be soft drinks - tea coffee, lemonade and mango fizz you dont need to drink alcohol to join in :):):):)

People can bring their own beer etc too.

As none of us are vegetarian or vegan wasnt sure what to buy for those that are, so if you know of any reasonably priced alternatives let me know. We always have a sharing table out and I am sure I will have crisps for the children etc.

Hi Rob and Mandy, looking forward to seeing the little guinea pigs again. I will have some veggie stuff in my van if you want I can always sort something out on the day for Mandy and me.. or anyone else.
 
No piggies @ Malvern Im afraid due to the length of time & heat so they are having their own vacation @ her mums where they will be nice n cool.
Ill be sure to grab some of those Quorn dogs for Mands, not tried them myself but I do like the Sausage rolls (y)

If i remeber correctly they are either boiled or microwaved, its been a while since i cooked them ;)
