I bought this e-bike in France 4/06/2018 when my old faithful died in Metz. It might still be under warranty. Can't have a holiday without a bike. This was on special offer in E.Leclerc at €699. Once home I fitted a speedo and rear rack. It shows 240 miles on odo but it's done a bit more because I fitted it on return to UK. It came with lights which I've never used.

Reason for sale is me, I struggle to get my leg over the crossbar and in fact I ended up flat on my back with the bike on top of me getting off it in the Queen's garden. That hurt.

Look at crossbar - only damage is the stick on stripe scuffed by bike rack. It doesn't half shift when Power 3 selected, romps up hills. On Power 1 it's very easy to get up to 15.4 mph when the motor cuts out to comply with current regs. Fitted with a gell seat.

Range - who knows. It's dependent on how much effort in pedalling and topography but with 36V and 10.4Ah it's a top spec battery.

I think it's worth £350 for collection in Macclesfield or could get it to Hexham in two weeks time.

I don't know much about push bikes, frame size ??? To the top of the headstock I measure 900mm, the cross bar then dips down to 700 mm below the saddle.

The tyre is marked: 42-622 700 x 40C -- 28 x 1 5/8

I just walked in Leclerc and panic bought a bog standard looking gent's bike. It's great apart from me having difficulty at flinging my leg over. I've even found the original French gel saddle in the loft today.

Any idea what it weighs?
