Hi, never had this problem before but the mains charger isn't charging the van.
Checked the cable and power is on so I assume the problem is with the van input connection.
Any thoughts
Cheers

Is the charger switched on, I accidentally switched mine off once.

Hi, yep checked that and all good.

You should have some mains trip switches on the incoming mains. Are they all switched on? Note, UP = ON. If they are not all on, try switching them on. If one of them won't stay on, and keeps switching off, then you have a problem.

One of the switches will be an RCD, that's the one with the small 'Test' button on it. Turn all the switches off, then turn the RCD on.
When you press the Test button, the RCD switch should trip to the OFF position. If it doesn't, that means no mains supply is reaching the switch. If it does, then at least you know the supply is reaching that point.

Thanks, I will check.
