Hi I have a MA-VE leverling system installed for just under 2 yrs now .the operation of the rams seams to be very abrupt and has great difficulty trying to find level and shakes the violently especially during side ways operation . the installers have tried everything the can from relocation of the controller . Replacing the controller and the control panel plus they have upgraded the soft ware several times now but the van is still unable to .
just about at the point of removing the whole System and either replace the unit with something or sadly going back to ramps and chocks .

Anyone else had these sorts of problems would appreciate your fed back

Have these issues been around since the system was first fitted? Have they ever worked properly?

yes pretty much however every time it is recalibrated or new software installed its fine say in the garage or at the installers premises but ounce you move the van to say a campsite or even just down the road it goes back to not been able to find level and will arm out or just give up

From the other thread.

in regards to my post earlier re MA_VE problems is it possible to have some sort of electrical or interference with the controller form the Van itself ?

That's a thought. Not heard of that before.

But why does it work at the installers?

Anyway, best to keep to one thread, it's here :
