Traffic on local roads yesterday was a nightmare. Whilst first couple of times they closed the M25 most observed warnings and avoided the area, now it seems to be more "I'm going to carry on". 2.5 mile trip to work (I would have walked but not when finishing at 10:00 pm), took 35 minutes

You think that’s bad, you need to go to Hull, Gordon Bennett it’s a blummin night mare, especially with the A63 closures and most of them unreliable at that!!! So we had a sightseeing tour of cottingham last night, totally unnecessary as we followed the diversions only to find out we didn’t need to as the A63 was open to where we wanted to get off

Not if you are trying to join at J10, you get a scenic route through London.

I once did a whole circuit of M25 in one day.

Heathrow - Essex, drop passengers. Essex - Kent, pick-up passengers - Heathrow.

Not to bbe recommented.

They've got complete closures of the M6 planned to replace a railway bridge just south of Penrith Jct 40, that'll be fun !
