This thread is for those interested in trying crazy golf whilst staying at the Lymington Rally - main rally thread here https://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/foru...e-of-wight-day-trip-more-august-rally.161595

Just a few minutes walk away across the road from our rally field at Lymington is this impressive 18 hole adventure golf course http://lymingtongolfcentre.co.uk/new-forest-adventure-golf/

Looking for a willing volunteer please :hi: to organise a group perhaps for Saturday or Sunday morning?
Even if no group visit then hopefully some will enjoy this course as it looks like great fun!
Think we may have 20% discount (taking it to £5.60 each instead of £7) on this too but will have to double check & will post here once known for definite.

UPDATE - No discount on this one as August is peak holiday season so £7 for adults but looks great fun & booking is advisable (y)

For info. the clubhouse has a licensed bar, snacks, tea, coffee & cakes so ideal for those not playing golf or who just want a change of scene from the rally field just a short walk across the road.

Our friendly farmer advises pre-booking for this as very popular in August so does get full - maybe a few can get together & book in advance for a morning? The Seafood Festival doesn't start until 11am & most will be there at the weekend so any interested in Saturday or Sunday morning 10am?

Us Wombles may still be a bit weary after arrivals day so will probably only pop over for a look & maybe a cup of coffee in the clubhouse. Will try to find out if there will be good cake :inlove: available as that may revive us a little ::bigsmile:

Tip - might be a good idea to go early (opening time 10am-6pm) to this one as likely to be busy. Would suggest pre-booking but doesn't look like it has that option any more as website says to just turn up - at least we won't have much travel time! :roflmto:
