Lpg tank isolator tap

Can anyone help please just had in for services the Isolator tap to turn off the gas to services apliances wont turn off how urgent is this to have done . Any sugestions thank you

Can you please expand more. Is it the isolation tap from your onboard gas tank or is it your valves to each gas appliance.

I have no knowledge of the former but I don’t generally turn off my separate appliances valves as I don’t drive with my heating system on with the Truma system so I just turn all the gas off
