We have an underslung tank fitted, no bottles. Outlet is one & 1/2 inches but that is just a guess. I can't get a photo till tomorrow as it's dark now & just picked up all ure messages.
On Monday (they r closed till then) we r going to Autogas,Thirsk to hopefully pick up what we need so we can at least have enough gas to see us through till the end of this holiday. On our return home & before we travel abroad we will ensure we have the correct fittings.
Thanks again for all the posts & messages. We really appreciate it.

Autogas will be able to sort you out ok.. Good move :xThumb:

Had several dealings with Autogas and they were always very helpful.
Hope your warm enough in the meantime, next week you will be laughing at how complicated motorhoming can seem but how simple it can be if you ask the right questions

Just to update you guys.
We finally ran out of gas on new yrs eve, we arrived at Autogas 2000 to find they was closed till the 3rd. We stopping at every available services to try & buy bottled gas & it was either no stock or no keys available to get paid bottle out of cage. So we had to finally give up.
Our spirits are not dampened as this has been an amazing 1st trip in Squeak & we have already ordered our connectors ready for our next trip.
Thank you soo much for all you're advice & encouragement.

perhaps someone local would be trusting enough to let you borrow their adapter. if i had the right adapter and you were near to me then i would be pleased to help and i am sure others would to.

why not post a photo of your connection and ask if there is anyone local who would help?
