Hi there
Have twin R67 11kgs auto change over and I know both bottles are full.

One bottle will not update on the gaslow wave app: it shows LOW BATTERY LEVEL, I have put brand new batteries in but the app still shows low batteries. The other bottle works fine.

Anyone had this problem, I've took the batteries out and refitted after 3 minutes - no go / took the wave sensor off and rotated it - no go / squirted electrical contact cleaner into the sensor connectors - no go

Any ideas , and yes I do appreciate a laugh but serious answers please.

I didnt know gaslow did an app.
Did a search on here and it came back with a link which showed me £130 for the attachment then the app which has taken me out of the equation for knowledge on this one!. 💰

Thanks for your consideration and comment, but that really doesn't help for my question .. it was kind of you to take an interest though.

Yes thank you, I ignore it and in the graph mode it shows correct levels.

However LOW BATTERY won't allow the UPDATE button for the screen display.

Is your app up to date? They have had a few updates recently so maybe worth checking. I had a period where both my sensors would fail to refresh but since the updates they have been working great.
