Carthago chic E-line
Our motorhome is the Carthago Chic E-line, model year 2022, which was in demo use. Put into use in March of this year. We lost almost all 12V electricity. Indoor and outdoor lights, water pump, both televisions, WC air conditioning, heating and air conditioner do not work. All the fuses have been measured and are intact, the control unit has also been replaced with a new one, but the problems continue. In the control unit, all voltages are 0.1 volts, the water tank looks empty, even though it is full, the gray water tank looks full, even though it is empty. The 230 volt sockets work, as well as the fridge. Has anyone encountered the same problem and how it was solved?

You'll solve it with a multimeter. Start at the battery, follow the wires, the ins and outs and see where the 12v ends 👍

There should be a 30a maxi fuse or maybe a 50a mega fuse very near the leisure battery pos terminal.... In the pos wire.
As you lost all 12v supply it makes the fuse the logical culprit.
Always theck fuses with an ohm/multimeter for continuity.

Is the leisure battery fully charged , if so ,as well as the fuses suggested above , are the battery connections ok and is the leisure battery negative battery terminal cable connection to the chassis /body good.

both batteries are full, voltage 14.4 volts. The central unit shows that the various functions turn on, the water pump, the TV and the lights, but nothing works. Alde's heater/air conditioning control unit also won't start. Only the electric stairs, the motorized curtain of the front window and the piezo of the gas stove work. The car starts normally.

14.4 v is the battery either on ehu charge or charge via solar.
Disconnect ehu and isolate solar, leave for an hour then put a multimeter on the battery terminals don't rely on the panel.
Sounds like the main 50 amp fuse

The battery master switch has not been turned of accidently has it? If that is on, then as pappajohn says, logically ,start with fuses. When you say 230 volt sockets work I assume it is connected to the mains via hook up? Is the charger turned on?

Have the battery and multi-plug connections behind the cover on the CBE ? Distribution box been checked for tightness as the functions that are operating are all connected to the same +B2 point (leisure battery + ) on a CBE DSxxx distribution box and there is also a multi-plug connection going to the control panel.
You can also check there if the starter battery 12v power is also getting to the DSxxx at +B1 (starter battery + )
