Loose arms on captains chair

One of our captains chairs has arms that are a little loose, is there an easy way to tighten them?

On mine (Ducato) there was a visible nut at the hinge point to tighten so I guess you must have one under the cover. Or there may have been a bracket plate, I can’t be sure which it was now but it had the ability to easily tighten it from the outside. Look at getting access to it

what they said. Mine I can see the bolt heads. All were loose.

Looks like my Mercedes seats, I have broken two of the fixing screws, they have an Alan head that is buried in the leather on ours

but easier to tighten than replace

Thanks all, I’ll have a go at removing the covers while we are away, hopefully it’ll be an easy job as I’m not exactly Mr Practical

I didn’t have to remove any fabric , just pushed it back to expose the screw head

Hopefully it’ll be clearly visible when I remove the cover

Mine came loose.I pulled cover back.The nut had come loose.But mine also had a split pin through the nut which had also fallen out.Easy fix.
