As title says really - our existing wired twin lens camera has died and we want to replace it with a camera that does rear view and reversing. Ideally good at night as well as day time.

Thanks.

Try Raes Autos in Prestwick they are members of the Approved workshop scheme.

We had a reverse camera fitted and wired into our factory fit sat nav screen by
GP Autoelectrics of Coatbridge. 👍

We bought from BC Motorhomes in Ayr and have had some maintenance done well…

Interesting - they are VERY local. Haven't spoken to them for a couple of years when they weren't interesting in doing any work on vans they hadn't sold. I will contact them again and see if they are now doing more work. Thanks.

We would never go back to BC Motorhomes, we had a very bad experience with our last motorhome there was internal damage and more when it was geting hab check.

Thanks for that info and sorry to hear you had hassle. Was that long ago or recently? I think they went into liquidation and then rose from the ashes.

It was just before liquidation. It was a serious issue so I won't go I to detail on a public forum but if you want more info PM me.

Yeah , new ownership around 3 years ago and some of the same staff. Callum the new owner is very helpful and get’s things done. Bought an Adria Twin from them , got a fair price for my Autotrail Apache trade in and good service thereafter , had air con fitted by them and a few parts of snagging done on the Adria under warranty with no issues.

Same here... before Covid had van booked in for hab check..
However had to cancel so phoned about 4 weeks beforehand and was told no problem and thanks for letting us know.
Received a phone call from them on day the service was due to take place and the Very abusive and arrogant individual said I was totally out of order by not attending or cancelling and they could of reallocated slot to someone else.. they just were not interested in listening to me and threatened to send me a bill anyway....Phone down....in car as they are only 15miles away and demanded to see manager....Manager not available Sir.. Well make him available because you will Need to lock me in tonight cause I am not leaving till I see him..
Never again..

If you are waiting with your motorhome at Rhino there is a good pub just to the left of B and Q . The Walton Fox we always walk over there.
