Looking for affordable damp meter options

Any recommendations on affordable damp meters ?

Aldi and Lidl sometimes have them in the middle isles.

that was the dehydrated version you need to add your own water

unless you want pin pricks all over the van it would be worth looking for a non invasive damp meter. they are around £25 to £30, i also have a std pinned damp meter so that if an odd reading is found with the non invasive meter i can investigare more closely.

i am pleased to say that so far i have only needed to use the pinned damp meter on logs for the Burner..

Amazon do pinless damp meters from around £20 or pin type from £12 - No need to pay a fortune as I have a £150 one and get same readings on the cheapo Aldi pin one and Amazon pinless

Hi i got one from Amazon, it's a pinless industive Moisture Meter. Made by Azuno, Mecurate Instrument it seems to work well. Like Phill D i also have a pinned one, on a very few occasions have had to use it. But mainly on logs for the fire. Good luck with your search.

Also recommend the Aldi centre isle one. Had it five years and it still gives same readings as yearly Habitation check.

It was only 20cm long, so I sent it back and said I wanted the full meter one!

Bought this 2 weeks ago on Amazon , seems to do the job. Had to reassure management that MHOME was OK.
