Looking for advice on Maxview TV Ariel performance

Hi all, does anyone out there have a maxview ariel. I bought a carado with this kind of ariel fitted, but it will only work in certain places eg devon, france, spain but not on many campsites in the uk. Has anyone had one of these and actually got it working? I had a bessacar before this with a directional ariel and it worked well.

Hi, took it to the supplier of the ban and he changed the aeriel and all is working.
