Looking for a draft and found a leak

The long haired general always complains of a draft around her captains seat so I decided to investigate, under her seat belt tensioner is a massive hole straight to outside so no wonder it’s drafty.also seal between cab and body is v.poor.
Removed the heater under the table which is run of the engine coolant to find it leaking and the floor wet behind.
Dremmeled the old clips off and replaced with new jubilee clips, fingers crossed this has sorted it.
