I have a Tek Fix & Go inflator / repair compressor
Question is is there an adapter for the 12v to fit in the socket. As the one on the kit will not fit into 12v socket. Any ideas please.

Yeah it seems to be a bit of a thing now.
Newer vehicles seem to have a small ring on the socket to (somebody told me) stop people trying to put cigarette lighters into them.
Have you any other sockets in the rear to try?

Yes I’ve tried all of them I even have a portable engine start with usb and 12v port and won’t even go in there

This will do it. I have one without any wire, just an adapter but it sticks out a long way. This looks better from experience.

Hella din socket.
Latches more securely than usual car 12v sockets.
It’s the normal 12v car socket that it won’t fit into. So I don’t think the hella is the thing I’m looking for Sorry

I have one of these, but I have connected it to one of these to the leisure battery in the van garage.

I have also changed the 12v plug on a travel fridge so that I can plug into the Anderson 12v supply.

XT60 and XT90 connectors are very good for this sort of ‘thing’! 👍🏻

There are only two sizes I know of - Hella and 12V car accessory socket.

That Tek unit looks like the one Fiat supply. With our first Ducato an X250 the sockets in the Ducato were on top tolerance of the DIN spec the inflator plug fitted, anything else was a loose fit.
Went to help my daughter out when she had a flat of course the pump wouldn't fit her car socket.

Later Ducato's the socket is smaller the same as most cars.

As said cut the plug off and fit a new one.

Looks like the only option. Thank you all.
