Hello

I have a brand new ford benimar Tesoro 463 and the garage keys have both snapped in the locks. Does anyone know where or how I can order new keys so that I can open the other doors?

If its brand new is that not a warranty issue?

At the top of the key is the serial number, hopefully you can still read it and order new ones at the dealer.

I would imagine that Ford will have a database with the imformation.

But what hoops you'll have to jump through I can only imagine.

So try the Ford main dealer.

It’s the garage keys so a dealer will help.

I’m sure you have already found this, but just in case, there are several videos on YouTube on how to remove a key that is broken in the lock.
