Loading door

Hi, have recently taken delivery of new van and when ignition is switched on it tells me the rear load door is open which it is not. This door is not connected to the central locking so how does it know. Also, is it ok to drive?

There is a sensor telling the dash the door is open. If your happy it’s not open crack on.
