LITTLE RED LIGHT

Stupid question but only just noticed a littel red light in a black plastic square just above the leisure battery compaftment. It turns on or off when pressed.

Does this need to be lit for the leisure battery to operate. Ditto to charge up?

I will post a photo later but what I can say is that its on the wall to the left as soon as you open the nearside sliding side door. Lower down that wall is the door to the compatrment housing the leisure batter.Its a black plastic square about 1 inch square. In the centre ids a red light which turns on/off when pressed

We found a small light in our van tucked away near the boiler - turns out to be a grey waste tank warmer.
