Bailey Adamo 69-4
Exp
I'm a newbie
I’m looking for a drop in lithium replacement for the existing battery in my Bailey Adamo 69-4. Does anyone have experience of doing similar and finding a battery that fits in the existing tray in the floor of the Adamos?

Most of the adverts I've seen for lithium batteries for sale generally list the dimentions, so as long as you know what your tray measures you should be able to do a comparison.
Check your available height as many lithium batteries seem to be a little taller than their lead acid cousins.
I made a mock-up out of polystyrene of the dimensions of a lithium I intended to buy and dropped it in in place of the existing lead acid just to be sure

I've got three 100Ah Li Time Mini's that need to find a home.

They've not had much use but I had a bit of an impulse moment in the Fogstar Black Friday sale and got a single 300Ah so the Li Time's are surplus to requirements.

Being small might be an advantage as a 'drop in' replacement. Can be oriented in any direction and I've got cables to join them all (or just a pair) together.

Let me know if they might be an option for you.

We’re having 2 x 280 lithium they fit under the front seats 2019 Burstner on Fiat chassis.

I couldn't find anything of any use to fit the box in my Autograph so gave up and fitted 2 x 300Ah Fogstar's under the seat next to the bathroom, leaving the box free for storage of bits & bobs. The problem you'll have is the height of the box, which is actually quite shallow as the original Banner batteries are only 190mm high, but even the 100Ah Fogstar is 209mm so it may be tight but worth checking first as you may not be able to put the lid on.

I assume you've looked at the other bits you'll possibly need to do regarding charging as your BCA charger won't have a lithium profile.

If it’s the same as my Approach, there is loads of room for two 100ahr.

Also don’t need to refit the sub floor giving you more options.,

Thanks, yes on measuring so far the only one I can see fitting straight in the box is an ecotree one. I’ll dig into the other bits a bit more. The truma solar controller definitely has a lithium option.

If you havent ought them yet, Fogstar 280 definitely fits under the drivers seat and it depends what you have under your passenger seat already to fit another one and they are nearly £500 each cheaper than what you are buying. (unless that is a fitted price)
The 300 ah are the same size as well. They just go on their sides

wo
wow, that's expensive. That's not what ppl are paying for batteries is it? Should take a peek at the Fogstars, id guess everyone is using the same cells...

280Ah 12v Fogstar drift is L(380mm) x W (190mm) x H (245mm) and 700GBP
