Time has come to replace my AGM batteries. Victron MPPT & Renogy B2B can be reconfigured so, could purchase one Lithium for the price of two AGM and save weight but, do I need to replace the CBE mains charger?

I didn’t change mine because I don’t need it. The B2B charger and solar is all I need.

Some CBE mains chargers have an automatic desulphasion phase you can't use them. If it hasn't you use it but it will never charge a lithium full and the float voltage is on the high side.

The CBE512 can be used on the Gel setting. As Lenny says it will never charge a Li fully but generaly acceptable if as adjunct to Solar and B2B. Mine is only used over christmas. A simple 10A Li charger is a good option if you are mostly on EHU with less than 280Ah of battery. I have both (10A came with battery).
