I have a problem with the front offside indicator & running light. See another post on this matter.
But I have also noticed a yellow warning triangle on the dash. I believe this is a general warning due to light fault. I actually read the manual. All seemed fine until Sunday whilst on a busy road doing 45 MPH approximately the van seemed to go into limp mode for 40 seconds & almost stopped. Then it recovered & has been fine during the 40 miles since.
Has any one had or heard of this problem ? The van is a Ducato based Hymer Exsis I 678.

It could be worth trying replacing , or adding another , engine to body earth cable as these have been known to cause many strange electrical/running problems in the past.

I was on a site in France. Fellow Brit arrived on limp mode. Said it had happened before he left home and Fiat garage had fitted a new egr valve. Put my Odb reader on and it said egr again. Checked the air filter- mice in the filter. Egr valve fine.

That generic yellow warning triangle can be associated with a faulty oil level sensor which often resolves itself, but it doesn’t usually trigger limp mode.
