My partner & I are newbies and have a fully adapted motorhome for myself with my electric wheelchair
Hi Funsters bit of a weird one - we. Went to check on our van and turn engine over but this my partner came to my car to say 2 lights came on and he could hear a bleeping was audible - this has never happened on previous visits so I wondered if the funsters could throw some light on why the seatbelt lights would come up and bleep when nobody was on the seats ?

Have attached pics. Ours is a Swift Kontiki 679

I can see from the pictures that it looks like a Fiat based motorhome.

I suggest that a low starter battery has triggered the dreaded Fiat airbag fault.
Plenty of information on these forums about that.

So, the first thing to do is to make sure that the starter battery is fully charged and holding a charge. Even so, it may well be time to replace the battery.

You can get a device like ISCAN or whatever to clear fault codes, but I have also heard folk that when the charged or fitted a new battery and locked it , came back it was clear.
also, doing half a dozen or so restarts cleared it

Isn’t it just a switch telling you that you’ve turned off the passenger airbag…?
