Lifting bed head support ratchet.

Do any of you knowledgable people know where I can get some of these.

First picture is from Rapido dealer of the Rapido parts catalogue and they want £127 for a pair and I could do with 2 pairs. I’m thinking there must be an alternative supply but struggling to find one so far.
