Are you fitting the air suspension yourself?
No having VB semi air.

They have started selling the Dunlop kit again, they withdrew it a few years ago due to so many problems with DIY fitting.

It's quite a big job on an Al-Ko chassis you really need a lift to do it.

Ah OK, I wondered when you were removing the switch panel etc .. thought you were doing it diy.

When's it getting done?

6th Jan, being Lenny I got a deal. 🤣

When they saw the switches they were talking about putting a panel with the gauges on the side of the seat base or in passenger footwell, not very useable there.
Then MichaelT sent me a pic of where SAP moved his switches (charged him £75).

VB have a remote control for the Fiat chassis but not for the Al-Ko, I was trying to hang on for it but now they are saying end of March so that probably means Aug/Sept.

Aye this van has cool rear air , different from the previous vans I've had , I've no guages as such and a switch to go up and one to go down. The only guage is a wee light panel like a water or battery level type thing..

Means I can raise or lower it to go up ramps etc. I think it's goldshmidt

I had no choice as I was already there but assumed about an hour so not too bad.

Ahhhhhh I get you now, you've moved switches from the panel to below the screen to let the guages go in that panel.

I missed that the first time I read it

VB have a standard panel that fits there.

One button for up , one button for down

And then this wee guage. View attachment 994532

The only downside I guess is you'd not know if one had less air than the other.
Our Iveco is similar for the rear - three buttons Up Down level. I Assume the system balances the side to side settings using the sensors. Never noticed a list!

Yeah you wont notice a list until water starts pouring into the bilges then its game over !

Aye it always seems to be level at the back. I probably run with it too high most of the time to be honest

Don’t Carthago make a right Horlicks of the camera on RHD🤷‍♂️🙄 it’s so well integrated on LHD, I guess the lack of door messes that up but it shouldn’t really🤷‍♂️
Ah that’s true but SAP in Doncaster used the near side position to fit the remote for the jacks in the space where the camera would have been. Perfect fit!! Every cloud and all that.

It's wireless touchscreen remote now, just a holder for charging it.

Don't know why they don't wire it to the head unit.

Don't even wire the TV sound to the head unit take it straight to the amp and as it comes from the headphone output so you have no equilisation control at all.
Bloody rediculas when you have spent £2400 on the infotainment system and another £2000 on the media pack.

Our tv is wired to head unit, we have to select AUX to get sound.
