Hi, I have just had to have fitted a new leisure battery door on my majestic 115 motorhome, unfortuantly the vinyl decal that went through the door had to be thrown, would any one know best way of having this redone or where i could get the correct material vinyl, Marquis who do the majestic range are not very helpful.
It is only a small area but matching the vinyl colour is proving difficult, the area is only about 14 inch by 3 inch, have tried local sign writers, but are not interest in the small job.
Any help would be appreciated

Visit a local graphic designer or screen printers. They can draw and print anything you like .... Take the van there and they can match it.

A vinyl sign company/ shop sign/ graphic shop would have lots of vinyl that you may be able to match , try a paper template on door and cut to match . Relatively cheap and comes off if it looks rubbish. I filled all the centres of my locker doors with vinyl after seeing newer models that were coloured .

  • Nice One!

Here you go https://www.thevinylcorporation.co.uk/

One of my suppliers when I had to work :giggle:

They probably have the widest range of vinyls available in the UK.

It is possible that your graphic has been screen or digitally printed so getting a match from a solid vinyl will be difficult.

If It was mine and could not match it I would mask and spray it, easy job and the local car paint supplier will mix a small amount for a price that will be a lot less than a graphics company copying your pattern and printing to a good colour match

It’s only a small section and doesn’t include the printed area so any sign writing company should have something close enough for the burgundy and silver.

They are likely to use cutting tape to follow the shape rather than have to design on a computer.
