I find it very annoying, that a simple rule to carry spare bulbs, has been made an impossibility due to the stupid design of modern vehicles.
I think I've posted before about the EU directive, that required vehicle manufactures to make it possible for us to change bulbs without tools.
This was ignored by the makers & so they've changed the law instead.
I have modified the housings on my most modern car, ( a 2003 avensis), in order to make it easier to do, what is an essential safety requirement easily, when by the side of the road.
It's still illegal use a vehicle on most countries roads if it has defective lights
I hate most modern design, It's all about form & stuff the function!
