Lebara, porting a number from BT

Hello
anyone had this issue with Lebara,
I've switched to lebara and my number was ported this morning early,
I can make calls (which when reiceved show my ported number),
but when someone trys to ring me it goes to BT and BT says not avalible !!

We've had Lebara for some years. No not that problem.

It can take a good few hours for the port to fully take, If its still like it tomorrow message Lebara I think they can give the port a kick

It can take up to 24 hours for everything to work correctly after being ported, usually only a few hours though. Just don't do it on a weekend or bank holiday as those days are in addition to the 24 hours ... Yes I made that mistake once!

Thanks every one now sorted over 28hrs later !!!...just very strange for awhile with two sims with the same number,one can reiceve and one can make a call
