Leather is a natural product and does stretch and change colour over time.
I remember leather trousers in the 70s and someone saying the best they will ever look is when you try them in a store.

They were right look at all the bikers who wonder around with saggy bottoms.

I would have thought it could be stretched and reupholstered bit it would be expensive and specialist. Probably easier just to get it recovered

Just enjoy the character of the leather it makes your van unique

Our 20 year old Timberland had sad sagging leather upholstery.. it was cold to sit on and was horrible to sleep on, ...
Decided on new upholstery and I also replaced the wall linings that were shedding dust,
new carpets, and 'plastic' wood veneers covered in carpet... It's like a new van..

You can either keep the leather and have them redone with new foam.. or as we did.. complete makeover ..

Steaming only works on the foam part of the seat so it would pump them up a bit but for a proper job they need re stuffing too. And while the upholsterer is in there they just as well replace the foam too. But you still have old leather!

thank you

yes, we are pleased with it..

upholstery was done by Anglia Upholstery ,, local to us in Suffolk ..

I did the floor, wall and roof lining in a corded polyester rubber backed carpet.
The carpet and 6 cans of spray adhesive came to around £230

Maybe I'm unusual, but nothing about any of those 'sagging and creased' seats would bother me.

Jim had his redone in his last RV and it looked amazing. Can't remember who he used though.
