Hi has anyone with a peugeot boxer engine had a leaking antifreeze problem? I cannot seem to see where it is leaking- any help gratefully received

Any puddles under the engine? Damp in the footwell? If neither run it up to temp on a dark night, with a good torch search around the engine. Often a slight under pressure leak will evaporate, the torch beam will find it.

When we first bought our 2012 Fiat Ducato based Burstner in 2017, we were plagued by the same problem!!

One wet day, we saw a pinkish tinge on the wet concrete about 1.5 metre behind the nearside front wheel in line with the edge of the MH.

Eventually traced it to an added bonus I didn't know I had on the MH!.......

A second heater matrix underneath the longitudinal seat in the dining area!

Removed a few cabinets down there and got to the rear of the matrix and found a leak where the extended hose attached to the matrix! Easy to see by the pink coloured crust around the leak.

Good Luck

A piece of cardboard under the engine assuming you haven’t a undertray, leave overnight after a run should show up any leaks, especially easy if you have bright coloured antifreeze, Pink/red/Green

in Germany in September I was returning early due to an adblue fault issue. 2017 Bailey on a Peugoet Boxer 2.0 litre 160 HDi

However, at one point, the boss told me something was leaking from under the van. It was the coolant. Topped up and away went. 30 miles checked and topped up a little more. We had another 300 miles or so to go. Anyway, rate of leaking slowed down. Topped up one more time and got home OK.

When put in garage to deal with th eadblue told them of the coolant leak. They chedked. Couldnt find where from. Couldnt see a leak. They pressure teste the system. It held OK. No loss. Its been OK since. Nothing ever found. But its in the back of my mind now ....:oops:

Antifreeze will find any little leak point, I don’t know why but it does. As others have said get it as hot as you can, cooling fan on hot and have a look round. It may even be leaking onto something hot and evaporating but you may be able to smell it. Put the heater on and have a sniff in the footwell too.
Good luck 🤞

Try looking through the front grill with a torch at the bottom left hand hand corner of the rad for the pink crust. Apparently a common fail point.

namwaldog s post just jogged my memory.
What year is the Peugeot? Does it have the 2,2tdci Ford engine they fitted from 2007 > 2013ish?
If so another hard to find minute leak, that usually only appears overnight & when cold, is the water/oil heat exchanger thermostat 'O'ring.
look up underneath at the front of the engine on drivers side .You will see next to the oil filter housing a small heat exchanger & to the right of it a single screw with a 10mm head .That is what holds in the tiny thermostat. If you dry the thermostat completely then drive vehicle during the day, then leave overnight ,if it is that that has a minute leak then you will see a damp patch /stain from the water on the side. As soon as the engine is started the leak will seal up.
If it is that, Ford only sell it as a complete unit .No idea what Peugeot do? It is an 18mm 'O' ring that can be bought from Autodoc or motor factors. You just slide hose clamp off ,undo screw remove & fit new. You hardly lose any antifreeze.
Hope that helps

Check the area around the bottom corner ( nearside) of the radiator. Pinkish or whitish deposits, leeaky rad.
Easy ish job to replace.
