Lead acid to lithium idiots guide

So this is for a Buccaneer Caravan that my pal has.

His lead acid battery is dead. So question is can he put a lithium in there?

Im guessing he will need to change the on board crappy charger. not sure what it is. Elddis is part of Hymer I think. But could he for now just with battery to lithium and deal with up grading charger at a later time

Some advise would be great but lets keep it simple to what needs to be done as a minimum

Not simple, well it can be but not with the best results. The standard charger will not fully charge his battery due to voltage output and will be permanently trying to do so, so it could burn out.

Ultimately LiFePo4 is useless in a caravan unless required for a specific purpose
