2008 low profile coachbuilt worth £27000 on a good day.
Been with AIB for 4 years up to now, with them always being competitive.
Most premiums around the £275-£325 range.
The best they could do this time was £422 with Aegis.
Comfort £407
CAMC £315 (no breakdown)
Safeguard £536(including EU breakdown)
Moneysupermarket , circa £300 plus , without breakdown.
So, struggling a bit this year.
I've gone with RIPE at £326 (using the Forum link) , which incudes UK breakdown (not going abroad this year) , protected NCB , legal cover.
The protected NCB was quite expensive (about £35) and a bit of a knee jerk at the time.
Yes, there are some fine restrictions, as others have mentioned. Like the one where you cannot leave your motorhome unattended for more than 48hrs if it's away from where it's normally kept etc.
Hoping none of these become a real issue.
I've yet to see if they give me some hassle over the proof of NCB etc.
So al in all I've managed to keep this years renewal in the zone.
Thanks JIM
