Lagun leg stuck

Hi, we have a new to us van with a Lagun table with two mounts. The leg is stuck in one position so we can’t move it. Any tips would be appreciated

You should be able to loosen the black lever at the bottom of the leg to slide it up / down / remove it from the mount.

If you've not used one before then maybe this will help?
