Lack of Communication from Moving Intelligence

Can’t contact these and have tried to ring and email and also away at moment. Also set the alarm off Xmas day no call. Also on tunnel got a text to say that noticed movement and would ring but again not rang. Anyone else had a problem?

Opposite experience I'm afraid, I have set it off a number of times and they always text me to say I will receive a call which I usually get before I have time to register it as a false alarm on the app. Assume you have checked everything set as should be on app eg not in service mode etc

its working ok on ours but last year it wasn’t showing the correct address, I just emailed them and they reset it been ok since.

Thanks for the response but I can’t even get through ringing, getting into app on phone or anything, am do for renewal in about a week but surely that’s not that.

They did update the app last year my phone automatically updated it, might be worth removing the app and reinstalling it🤔

I’ve just done that thanks , as I can’t get in to that app they requested I send an email which I did but no email came back from them now getting annoying.

Same for me. I even got a call when the MH was moving on the back of a recovery truck.

Apart from major isdued i had with MH dealer's alarm installer, the contact I have had directly with Moving Intelligence, and their local technician who came out, has been first class. Responses to questions have been prompt.
So saying, Vanbitz Growler would still be my choice.

Have you tried logging into MyPhantom on the Moving Intelligence website?
If you can get logged on there you can then raise a "ticket" with your problem/question.

The MiPhantom App had a glitch the other day apparently from Apple updating IOS - I couldn’t get on my app on either iPhone or iPad and phoned them - got through straight away and all explained, worked fine the day after. My experience has been good as a couple times we’ve set off and forgot to disarm the tracker and received texts and phone calls 👍

Same as above I had to phone the on Friday as the app wouldn't arm the vehicle, got straight through on the phone but on evening still not working so I deleted the app and downloaded again and all good, their phone calls have always been very prompt when we have set the alarm off accidentally.

I can’t get onto the app just now and have rang both numbers, I went in through an email link as they have a new site.

Just did as suggested and deleted the app and reinstalled, working again. 👍

Just can’t believe it ! As others have mentioned, I reinstalled the original app AFTER I had installed the new moving intelligence app and hey presto it’s working and with email and password. Again thanks so much WHAT a great team these Funsters are, that’s why I continue with me subs. 👍

Yep, I think they update the app periodically, I have had to do it twice over the last 4 months

I find they are excellent. Can’t fault them.

Had an issues with not able to get into app over the weekend rang them this morning and the lady said they had done some update and asked me to go into the App Store and update the app. Did this and everything back working again .

I think it will depend on how soon you take to cancel your alarm. They give 30 seconds “idiot” time for you to turn off the alarm if you have accidentally set it off. At least that’s what they do with me! 🤣
