Please Help I need to Contact KS ENERGY Urgently
does anybody who has used them have a tel number
which gets answered all I can get is answer phone
but nobody rings back ???.

Do you have an issue with a battery. I have two 120Ah ones and today the newest one ( 6 months) had the cycle count on the App jump from 2 to 8000 which is equal to the expected life. I suspect it's a glitch with the BMS. The older one (18 months) also seems to have glitch on the voltage where the total voltage does not equal the sum of the four cells and percentage charge decays at a faster rate than the spec sheet suggests. Again I suspect the BMS.

have now had a call back from Neil
@ KS ENERGY and made an appointment
with Him to sort out my problems.

Many thanks to all for your reply’s to my shout for help
issue now resolved it seems that they had internal problems
last week I have now spoken to Neil at KS and all will be well
after a visit next Thursday morning.
