Have you any idea what the battery voltage is? Assuming you mean the hab / leisure battery not the starter?

Do you have access to mains hookup (EHU)?

Is the van new, or new to you? Has it all worked in the past?

If you have solar fitted it may have a faulty regulator and be overcharging the battery , causing the PDU to shut down.
