Knaus main control panel and Alde heating panel

Recently taken ownership of a Knaus Sun Ti (2018) and am confused regarding the different control panels in relation to the heating and water controls. We have managed to set the Alde control panel to switch on the heating and hot water but the heating control settings on the Knaus master control panel keep returning to the default settings despite altering them in line with the Alde settings. More alarmingly, there is a flashing ’exclamation mark’ showing above the radiator symbol.

Are the two systems dependent on each other? What does the flashing exclamation mark mean? The owners manual is virtually non-existent on these questions. Are there any Knaus owners out there who can assist?

Are these of any help? Have you logged onto the Knaus Smart CL app? It should have manuals for the accessories fitted to your MH.
