Went into motorhome to check on her with the recent frost and (don't know what possessed me to) when I rotated the cold water tap it snapped and now rotates freely.
It's been stiff for a while and probably original.
Do I need to look for anything specific? This looks like a direct replacement:

Microswitch/pressure sensors etc... anything specific there?
We're away this weekend and next and currently the taps stuck open so if I can't sort by Saturday it'll be painful.

provided access is ok that should not take long to change, but getting one before Saturday unless you can collect it may be a big ask.

is it the kitchen tap or the hand basin? perhaps you can isolate it .

I have previously used bargain bin in B&Q for taps. As most use flexible tails it was just an extra small adaptor I needed to marry up to MH pipes. (Assuming you don't have the microswitch system).

We don't have wires to the taps so I assume no microswitch at the tap and pressure sensor on the pump.
Never even thought of Amazon, local supplier wanted 95 quid and just ordered for 44 from Amazon next day. Are overheads that much? A different discussion, perhaps.

Not done taps on a motorhome before or even seen the fittings in person, anything to look out for? Presumably even if the taps are open and pump is off there will be some water in the pipes so a towel or 2 will be required?

Anything weird with the fittings, tools needed, etc?
